Our caps are hand made from readily available sustainable fabrics made in Europe. We can also provide coloured and printed fabrics in seasonal and trendy graphics. They have GOTS or Oeco Tex certificates. We use only soft but strong woven fabrics.
To obtain the right quality of cap, each mm of sewing counts. To each individual cap we make new pattern generated from Customer measurements. We carefully cut fabric manually into pcs for very detailed sewing. We remember also to embroider Customer initials which makes the cap bespoke.
We have a unique Production process. We look after our employees, our equipment and our materials. We follow a traditional, sustainability way of creating fashion.
‘Head & Cap’ Headwear is not only the brand, but it is made up of the people who created it. There is a person behind each cap who cut and manually sew the cap. After the cap has passed its stringent quality checks, the name of that person who made it will be written in certificate of origin, attached to your cap.
The Cap is not just Headwear, but it is a fashion statement of the person who wears it. That is why we manufacture the cap in completely different way. We break with mass production in order to meet our Customer requirements through personalized manufacturing order.
